This is to thank you (and your team behind the scenes) for design, artwork, production and timely distribution of all the marketing materials for our next Small Change, Big Difference campaign. The posters, tent-cards and key-cards for both the £1 (UK) and €1 (Ireland) campaigns look great, very eye-catching, clear and emotive. Hopefully Hilton guests staying at a Hilton hotel in October, November and December 2007 will feel inspired to donate their £1 or €1 on their bills as a direct result of the marketing campaign. All that, and bang on budget too, which is so important as every net penny will go to help disadvantaged young people. Thanks very much - and we look forward to reporting some successful results when the campaign finishes at the end of 2007.

The problem with designers is that you
have to spend ages telling them precisely what you want or
they come up with something completely unsuitable. They usually
do that anyway and you then have to spend ages telling them
why it's not right. In the end you settle for a compromise
with too long a timescale and too big a bill. Enter Lisa,
recommended by a friend. She immediately picks up on what
is needed, has original and innovative ideas (that I like),
produces everything quickly and on time and
to my miserly budget! Several projects on, I remain in awe
of her talent and still have not criticised a single piece
of her work - and me the most picky person that I know! And
