In 2015 G4S are running their 4th global employee survey. It will be distributed to all 620,000 employees worldwide and offered in over 35 languages and paper, on-line and mobile versions to ensure it is as inclusive and accessible as possible.
Over 384,000 employees responded to the last survey in 2013. Since then businesses have been working on action plans as a result of the feedback from employees and the 2015 survey results will show what progress has been made and how their employees feel G4S are living up to their values.
As in 2013, TAP were once again engaged in 2015 to create the designs for the marketing collateral to deliver the campaign to employees worldwide. The focus of the campaign was a suite of posters covering the three stages of the campaign from awareness to encouragement to respond and finally a thank you. Each poster was supplied in professional print format as well as formats for in-office printing and digital formats and translated into 35 languages.
TAP have also delivered a similar campaign for G4S employees promoting the seven core values.
